Went to Tipsy Goose in Aurora tonight to play in the Newmarket Aurora dart League! We usually go to the venue early to support the location! We definitely won't be supporting the Tipsy Goose in Aurora!! The food was average, the service was ok. We usually go to the Tipsy Goose in Holland Landing where the food and service is much better! Definitely no need to support the Aurora location. Hopefully the owners reach out.
Disappointed – Not Worth the Price Anymore I've had this beef curry before and used to really enjoy it, but this time was a huge letdown. The beef was cut into tiny chunks and lacked flavor. The pitta bread was burnt, and there was no salad included like there used to be. To make things worse, the price has gone up from $15–$18 to $22. For what you get now, it's just not worth it. Quality has definitely dropped. Really disappointing.
I always get decent service here. The waitress today didnt tell me her name but she was so friendly! I had the pasta special and the portions were generous and it came out piping hot and was tasty.
Terrible, overpriced food. Terrible atmosphere. Honestly, the worst we’ve ever had. The presentation was (I have no nicer word to use) disgusting. Can’t even give this place one star. Horrible!
Visiting Aurora from overseas foe work ans wanted a typical Canadian bar. The Goose was outstanding, the food was amazing, the best purine I've had here. The lady that looked after us (Isabella?) was amazing, genuinely lovely person that was so helpful and friendly, and a great advocate for Canada and the Goose. I would cone back without hesitation for the food, the atmosphere and the welcome
We have ordered from them a number of times, to pick up and they have gotten the order wrong more than once. The worst part about it is they’re not willing to rectify the problem immediately. Their choice to resolve the problem is at the next purchase. This leaves the customer feeling very frustrated. It’s also manipulative as it forces the customer to place yet another order . Don’t order from them, there’s a lot of competition in town and the customer service at other places is far superior than this.
Ordered grilled salmon through skip the dishes. Didn’t want to leave a review there because I wanted to explain my experience more than the app allows. The food was generously portioned and well prepared except for a huge flaw, bones in the salmon fillet. Aside from this being a possible danger to kids eating the meal, I didn’t relish having to keep removing bones from mouthfuls of salmon. Also, as I bought enough food for my family I really felt embarrassed to have to tell them to watch out for bones. I wish this had not happened as I enjoy eating out and would have liked to reorder from here.
