After 10 years of getting my hair cut at the Aurora location, my last visit was a bad experience. When I was called up by the stylist, I asked about the online checking process vs walk-in. I was told , in a very dismissive tone, that online check-in is just put you on the board and "didn't really matter". With a lot of attitude, she also stated that I only waited for 5 minutes which was incorrect and insulting. At this point I got up from the chair, as this is not the way to treat your customers. As I prepaid for haircuts, I wanted to know how many I had left and if I could use them at other locations. The hairstylist didn't acknowledge my question and finally answered in a snarky manner. I received the contact details of the owner. I reached out on a couple of occasions to provide feedback. The response is, I will get back to you. Never has
All the staff here are absolutely amazing! Ashley, Melissa, Bita, just to name a few are awesome. Every time you walk in, it feels like you’re visiting friends, not just getting a service. Plus, the prices are super fair for how great the experience is!
Great friendly place. So clean and our stylist Melissa always does a fantastic job. My 8 year old loves the MVP experience with a wash and back massage! See you again soon Melissa!
My brother came in for a trim asked for an inch and a half off and they cut way more. Made him look like an idiot and charged 40 for a trim which is way too much. Only come here if u do not care about the way your hair looks.
I got a haircut at this location by one of the best , as they said, stylists.The cut was noticeably uneven and when I called and asked for a fix, I was told the stylist was not in. I called again and they refused to fix the cut because it was past 7 days. Will NEVER go back again. Had the worst experience.
Providing an updated review from our most recent visit: After cutting my son’s hair at home for the first 3 years, I decided to bring him over to Sports Clips where my husband gets his hair cut. Melissa cut our son’s hair and did a phenomenal job. Not only is she talented in her services, but she made my son and I feel comfortable and at ease during this new experience for us. Kid friendly and accommodating, recommending to my family and friends!
I can’t say enough good things about how amazing the staff of this store is. Always professional , always passionate about hair and customer service , and always putting clients first. This store has such a special vibe going on. From the minute you walk in , everyone is smiling and in good spirits. The time this staff takes perfecting their trade is phenomenal. Time invested in education is consistently happening, and it shows. The haircuts are great ! The staff takes great pride in their store , and it’s no wonder why ! They do a great job ! Highly recommend for you or anyone you know to try SportClips Aurora out. You will not be disappointed!!!!! Ps - Try the MVP ( the most relaxing part of the experience is the scalp massage , steam towel , and shoulder massage !!!!)
