Thanks to the folks at Trek Aurora! They helped me out with some work to my bike when I was in a bit of a time crunch with going away next week. They had it fixed even sooner than they had estimated and the bike is running super smooth!
Poor customer service by the older guy wearing glasses behind the counter. Wasn't accommodating, nor did it seem he was going to even try to help me out. Unfortunate he just turned away a new customer

Absolutely fantastic experience to share with Trek Aurora and their staff: my old bike was no longer repairable and had after two decades lasted it’s full time with me taking it on the trails and road. What impressed me incredibly was how the manager took time to match my old bike with a most perfect upgrade and helped me by listening to my preferences and desires for performance and comfort. There’s nothing better than a manager or staff member that is very respectful and helpful with their stock and accessories to be accommodating of one who hasn’t been in the “biking world” for a long time and allowing questions and concerns to be vocalized without any judgment and criticism. I never felt out of the loop or strange for my intention to learn about this eras new and modern bike accessories and items to provide both comfort and safety for riding. This bike shop is unique and incredibly inspiring for an older and perhaps less knowledgeable person as Trek Aurora wants to help create lasting, good, ethical and honourable clients who have choices and awesome prices. After feeling lost with my life I’m getting back on the right road and thanks to Trek Aurora I will be back in the saddle feeling prepared for anything life has to challenge me with. I purchased 6 bikes over the years for my entire family. They gave good advice, and never tried to upsell on the bikes or accessories. Any repairs have been done properly and at a fair price. With my most recent purchase of a PowerFly e-bike, they made sure all accessories were compatible and installed before I took delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Awesome service. I just took my daughter's bike in as the rear brake wasn't working. A member of their team came by, took a look, and fixed the wire tension and brake in 30 seconds. When I offered to pay he declined. I'll be taking my family's bikes there from now on!
