Sitting and waiting for my father to be seen for blood testing, receptionists at the front were showing a level of unprofessional conduct by having arguments regarding a patients file and discrepancies in records keeping while having members of the public still waiting to be seen by their attendants. They still carried on when a member entered the premises to drop off some medical samples to the staff who took over their duties. This a fault on local management on not emphasizing professional etiquette in a public facing position, and the need to find better methods to resolve miscommunication and move forward to a more suitable working environment
This is the second time Hiva has been my tech. She’s so good at blood draws, but she also gets my sense of humour. Even when the lab is busy — which is always — she’s kind, efficient and cheerful.
Do your self a favor and stay away from this location!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this LifeLabs location. The level of mismanagement is unbelievable. They only had one staff member doing blood collection, which created a massive backlog. Everyone in the waiting room was told the wait time would be about an hour, but many of us ended up waiting more than two hours with no updates. To make things worse, The front-desk staff member, a middle-aged woman with a raspy voice, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to answer basic questions from patients who were simply trying to understand the situation. Her attitude added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. This location seriously needs better staffing, better communication, and staff who understand the basics of customer service. I won’t be returning here.
I had such a great experience with mojgan. She is incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She didn’t rush anything, and she made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely thoughtful and respectful.I’m honestly so happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend Mojgan to anyone. The lab provides excellent service — the staff are professional, friendly, and efficient during the actual blood work. Everything feels clean, organized, and well-managed. The only downside is the long wait time for walk-in appointments, which can take quite a while if you don’t book ahead. Other than that, the experience was great and I’d definitely return.
I came without an appointment. I was met with courtesy and friendliness, and called up within a few minutes. Despite being typically a challenging patient to get blood from, Hiva was able to find a vein quickly and do the blood draw efficiently. I was impressed
I came here for a blood test and couldn't complain about a thing. The scheduling website worked, the staff/place was organized, and I left ahead of schedule.
