I recently visited Royal Swan with my mom to find her a dress for a Christening party. From the moment we walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming. The selection of dresses was impressive, with a variety of styles, sizes, and price points. We had booked the appointment in advance, as we went there from Thornhill, so the lady working there had already picked dresses for my mom and she started trying them on. The second dress that the lady had picked out for her was a burgundy dress with lace details on the top and once my mom tried it on it was so pretty on her that she got tears in her eyes. We decided to go with that dress and the lady working there is the seamstress as well, so she pinned the dress for her and picked out very beautiful and matching pair of earrings for my mom. The prices were very reasonable for the dress and earings, and especially for the alteration services provided. I picked up the dress for my mom and she tried it on at home and the alterations were perfect on her! It is a one stop shop for all the ladies! I loved the place and the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They were not pushy at all and my mom felt very comfortable. I will recommend this place to my friends and family and will take my daughter and wife as well on our next occasion. Thank you so much for the services you are providing in your store!! Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to find a wedding dress in roughly 1 week. Monique understood my situation and was wonderful in both helping me find the perfect dress as well as having the alterations completed in the short amount of time we had. Her work and demeanor are warm and professional. I would absolutely recommend her boutique and services for any bride.
This store has absolutely every style of wedding and evening dresses. I left very happy with my purchase and received many-many compliments, everyone asked me from where I have purchased my dress. The owner of the store was nice and very helpful too. I will definitely be back!!!!

This store has extremely friendly staff, excellent service, and a large variety of stunning dresses. I ordered a dress and it arrived sooner then I expected! My alteration was done by a very professional and knowledgeable person. I will definitely come back for another dress, and I highly recommend this boutique.
exceptionally disappointed. My mom and I went to try on dresses for her in December as my mom needed a dress for my wedding. She found one she loved and we ordered it, we even put an earlier date as May 1st (my wedding is may 20th). we were told the dress would arrive around 8 weeks. My mom called today to check on the ETA of the dress and she was told that they were unable to order the dress in my mom's size. Had my mom not called, we would have still been waiting. Now, we're 10 weeks out from my wedding date and my mom has to start shopping all over again while stores are backed up with appointments and dresses are now being ordered for June-August arrival dates.
