This sketchy company shipped me wrong items and wanted me to pay the return shipping just to get a replacement. Terrible customer service. Website also has a lot of inventory errors.
I paid for next-day delivery, yet my order took a full week to arrive. When it finally did, I received expired goods. I emailed the company requesting either a refund or a replacement with a non-expired product. After receiving no response, I called twice and was told that the department handling these issues was too busy and would get back to me when they could. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Great, young group of people in there. Excellent selection. The Fruit Loop bites make me nostalgic of my childhood - they are spot on. Great service, snacks are awesome, pricing not too bad either!
Just recieved an order from Extreme Snacks. My son is collecting Prime Bottles and I ordered four you can't get on shelves around here. Came within a day and the packaging was overkill, which I don't mind one bit since I now know anything ordered from here will arrive unharmed. I even made a comment to my wife about how nicely packaged this was. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!
I usually play the lottery in this convenience store, they have great customer service and they are so polite to customers. It’s a great atmosphere and everyone there always has great energy!
