Grand Caravan had no A/C. After diagnostic and finding out the extent of repair needed I chose not to have it done. I really appreciated Service Advisor Mike Morro explanation of what they found, different options and honesty of what was required to repair it. This was my 1st visit to Aurora Chrysler service as I have always used the one to the north. I will definetly return here again in the future if needed.
