Don't be fooled with the good reviews they belong to many years ago. Perhaps the staff has changed. I went there and they offered me a very good price and then took my credit card for doing transaction and wrote down it's numbers down and tried it several times then asked for another card and i presumed there is a banking problem so gave them the 2nd card and then 3rd card! After all these they changed their word and said the price is wrong and i should pay more. They wasted my time.
Had amazing experience with Tyler who signed me up to the Rogers Black Friday deal. His professionalism and customer obsession is honestly second to none. Don’t think I’ll ever go to another mobile store again.
When there twice for the black friday deal and got assisted by Zack and Tyler (on different days). Both of them are very helpful, patient and professional. Special shoutout to Zack for going above and beyond, on the day I went he stayed until 11pm when superstore closed, so I can get the deal. Overall, I am very pleased and definitely will recommend aurora TMS location.
