Was just in at 1:40 and got absolutely no service. Two other customers eating in store and one was waiting for help but sat back down, when I came in but no one was out front. They were off talking to each other and never checked what was happening out front. I waited 5-6 minutes but decide to leave. People might say to speak up but I shouldn’t have to. Disappointing as I was looking forward to having their food. I’ll stick to the First Commerce location as I never have problems there.
I’ve been here before on the night shift and I really liked the food, but today it was honestly terrible. The fries were burnt, the chicken tasted weird, and the quality was just really bad. One experience like this is enough for me not to come back.
This place stinks. They also take a minimum of 20 minutes to prepare your food. Came here on my lunch break once, didnt have time to eat the food by the time it was done, I had to get back to work. Slow lazy workers. Go to another location. This one is super run down.
I ordered three Thursday deals (3 pieces of chicken each). After paying, the staff member preparing my order told me they only had 8 mild pieces left and asked if I could take one spicy piece instead. I explained that my young children cannot eat spicy food and requested to change my order to two meals (6 mild pieces), since they had enough mild available. She then told me I would need to pay extra because many of the remaining pieces were breast. I explained that it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have enough mild pieces, and I should not be charged extra. At this point, she became upset, started throwing pieces back into the tray, and refused to give me her name or let me speak with a supervisor. She then began yelling at me, which was very upsetting and unprofessional. Thankfully, another staff member named Dakshi stepped in to help. She was kind, calm, and offered a fair solution: 8 mild pieces plus 3 tenders at no extra cost. I really appreciated her professionalism and support. However, overall this was a very negative experience. I left the store shaken and disappointed, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit to that location.
I went there at 10:14 PM. A girl was mopping the floor. When I went to the counter, she also came to the counter and started serving food without washing her hands. This is very harmful to health. I don't think I'll go to this store a second time.
Won’t be coming back to this location again. Ordered a 5 pc tender combo… only had 4 in the box. They didn’t give me the side I asked for; they didn’t give me any side in fact. They asked me 3 times what I wanted to drink, 3 times I said coke, get to the window they said “you said no drink” absolutely incompetent. My 5pc combo was 4 tenders, no drink, no side… terrible franchise operation
I just bought a chicken deluxe sandwich and I specifically told the order taker no tomatoes in the sandwich, this is the second time they have put tomatoes in there, first time I let it go but not this time,
