You should really ask before cracking a neck if it's ok, I asked you every single appointment not to crack my neck and you did it with no warning. I have lost all stability and I’m in pain because of your carelessness. You don't know as much as you think about hyper mobility, a little bit of knowledge can be dangerous. I also booked longer appointments and you rushed me out while giving me the appointment of less time that I did not book. Don't pat people on the hip like horse when you're done either, unprofessional.

Dr. Katie has been my chiropractor for the past 11 months and she has been a caring and skilled practitioner. She helped me fully recover from a wrist injury early on and from that great experience I decided to stick with her as my chiropractor. I do a lot of physical work in the summer and office/computer work in the winter, so my body constantly needs adjustments to get back into alignment. Dr. Katie does a fantastic job at each visit and I always feel so much better after each adjustment. She is professional, genuinely cares about patient’s concerns and takes the time to listen. I’ve never felt rushed or like I’m “just a number” in her care. I find that’s hard to come by in the health practitioner world! On top of that, the clinic location for Aurora Family Chiropractic always has plenty of parking, is quiet and peaceful in the waiting/treatment rooms and does direct billing! Couldn’t ask for better.
My back was a real mess when I started to see Dr. Katie. I needed to see two specialists a chiropractor and a RMT. Katie has done an excellent job adjusting my back, even my RMT noticed a difference and praised for a job well done. Katie is not rushing, isn’t pushy, gives good advice and has lots of patience answering all the questions a curios patient like myself may have.
