Went in today to resolve a charging issue on an iphone covered by apple care. Despite recovering from a power outage John had the phone back up and charging, and also ran a stress test all within 10 minutes. All with a smile. Impressive service. Apparently TRG has been in operation 27 years. Will keep them in mind for local Apple sales and service.
TRG has the best customer service! I had done something stupid with my new iPhone from Bell. After numerous calls Bell could not fix the problem so I called TRG. John very patiently worked on my phone until the issue was resolved without making me feel like an idiot! He then followed through and set the new phone up, transferring my files and getting the phone activated, above and beyond what I had come in for. He was cheerful and never made me feel incompetent or rushed. I would highly recommend TRG for their Apple expertise and wonderful customer service - a pleasure to deal with!
Amazing job, Mike and John came highly recommended from the Apple Store in Newmarket. I had my hard drive die on my 27" iMac and Mike was able to save all my data and restore it to a new drive, and in the process saved my marriage as my wife would have for sure have divorced me if all her data was lost. Thanks guys, great work, very professional and amazing prices! 5 stars does not say enough! For sure I will return for all our Apple service needs!
I'm quite careful clicking on pop-ups, but I guess this time I wasn't. I downloaded malware, and tried various ways to remedy the problem myself. When I couldn't delete the malware, I reached out to TRG Computer Solutions, because they're an authorized Apple problem fixer. The staff was really helpful right off the bat, they told me to download a free anti-virus/malware program, run it, and if the problem persists to call them back to book an appointment. When I ran the program, several other issues were caught and dealt with, but unfortunately the program couldn't get to the root of the malware I had recently downloaded. So I booked an appointment, and took my computer in. I had prepared myself for the inevitability of formatting my MacBook Air, because I'd be running it for 6 years, and I was ok with deleting everything so I could start fresh. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and we agreed that formatting and reinstalling the iOS would be the best move. So that's what they did. I didn't necessarily need help reinstalling the iOS, but I asked if I could do it at the store, in case I ran into a problem. And they were kind enough to do it for me. The kindest part of all this was that, because I'm a student, I'm financially strapped, they offered to format and reinstall the iOS at no charge! I was, and am very grateful. If I have any other issue with my computer, I'm taking it to TRG, no doubt! I recommend them 100%.
