I recently had the opportunity to visit the Mr. Puffs location in Aurora. Although I can’t recall the exact date of my visit, I can confidently say that the experience was excellent. The staff did an outstanding job accommodating a large order, and their friendly, welcoming attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere inside the shop is warm and inviting — elegant without feeling overly luxurious — and the entire space feels well cared for. I was very happy with the quality of service and the efficiency with which my order was handled. Overall, I left completely satisfied and look forward to returning in the future. This location truly feels like a hidden gem in Aurora. I also appreciate seeing Mayor Tom Mrakas showing his support for local businesses like this one — it’s great to see the community coming together. I went to the Aurora Mr. Puffs with my kids because they were so excited for me to get my free birthday treat. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. The Indian manager couldn’t get the app to work (this has happened to me multiple times at this location), even though I showed him the email. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while he played around with my phone, and in the end, nothing was resolved. It’s not about the $6 puffs—I can buy them myself—but about the excitement my kids had for me to receive a simple birthday gift. The lack of proper customer service at this location really ruined the moment for us.
I had an incident at the location, but when I expressed my concerns, the head office, store owner, and store manager reached out to me to address the issue. They did their best to make things right and turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a positive one with their exceptional customer service. They even offered a replacement box at no charge. I was very impressed with how this location handled the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I came by last week with my family for a late-night dessert and we ordered a box of 30 puffs. Unfortunately, about half of them were undercooked. I spoke to one of the staff members, and she said she'd let the person who made them know. When he came out, he had quite an attitude and wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. I ended up going back to the original staff member to talk about it again. The guy did refund the money in the end, but he was still really rude throughout the whole interaction. It’s not about the money, it’s about the quality of food we’re getting.
Mr. Puffs was amazing. I came here with my friend and we both got the chocolate beuno mount Olympus which was awesome and delicious! The service was amazing and quick and our server was super friendly!
Really great customer service, reasonable pricing, and the ice cream is a better version of Chocolat Favoris. Their Tornado is far better than McDonalds McFlurry and the DQ Blizzard.
