Attended this location after work and bought a cheeseburger. Thankfully I chose to dine in because the burger I was sold had a noticeable moldy green bun. At least 1/5 of the bun was green.
I love this place ! They truly are like not getting it out enough these guys make they best burgers !!!!!Hands down price value can't beat them and I have to say this you will never see a dirty dairy Queen Atleast I haven't seen one ! But I challenge anyone to grab a burger and tell me different ! Birthday cakes or cakes for any occasion you can't beat there cakes let's be honest again price and value it's a reacuring theme check them out you will be hook like me cheers !
Always amazing service at this Dairy Queen! Fruzsina, Adrena, and Maya are the best, super friendly and always make me feel welcome. Whenever I’m in town, I make sure to stop by. They make every visit a great one!
i had a really disappointing experience at this dairy queen location. the girl with the red hair and the excessive eye makeup who took our order was rude and dismissive, and it wasn’t just us. she showed the same attitude to the customers (a 10 year old kid!) behind us as well. when we gave our order, she even repeated it back in a mocking way.. on top of that, her EXTREMELY long nails are completely unsanitary for someone handling food. customer service and hygiene should be a top priority when working in food service, but that was clearly not the case here.
Ordered takeout. Food was below average. The fries were undercooked and the burger patties were dry, cold, and tasteless. The ice cream were great tho~
This DQ was an ol reliable of mine, I would come and get the same peanut butter blizzard everytime I’d visit, the staff are very friendly, I notice some of them are gone, meaning the turnover here must be insane, and quite frankly I see why, the manager is a lunatic, I was sitting inside enjoying my amazing peanut butter blizzard when I would witness the manager (An Asian woman) verbally attacking her staff, it was an unpleasant sight to see and I see why all these amazing staff members are quitting or getting fired, and I tend to notice it’s the best ones that don’t stay around for long. I’m honestly ashamed, disappointed and astonished at what I have witnessed in this establishment. Was I on the verge of tears? No, but I might as well have been. That woman needs to be stripped of her title as manager and exiled from this store as soon as possible.
Pathetic. Dairy queen has a promotion . Use your app and receive a free cone. Everywhere except for the Dairy Wueen in Aurora. This place is a joke . Always a problem. When will Dairy Wueen realize they should close down thus franchise.
