At the end of each day, he would clean up and let me know when I could expect them back the next day. The quality of work that each team member did was impressive to say the least. For my part, I made sure that I had the necessary purchases on hand well in advance so as not to waste their time. The entire renovation, which included moving a wall, creating a curbless shower, relocating the toilet and sink, and installing a new window was all completed in 16 days and according to budget. Andy from New Trend is knowledgeable, never rush, made good suggestions and always communicate with me on a continued basis. I was happy with to hire him even though his quote was the highest among the rest. He started the project on time and I will write a review again when he is done. I had a few kitchen installers come over to give a quote, and Afshin stood out from that very moment. While everyone else rushed to produce a pretty picture of the kitchen having just taken a few measurements, Afshin spent time investigating where everything was, how far the pipes would have to go, plumbing connections, what difficulties he might face. As a result, he knew what he was doing, he did not exceed his quote, or the promised duration of the project. I hired New Trend Home Improvement to renovate my 3 bathrooms and foyer area (2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 powder room and foyer). I'm very pleased with the work Afshin and his team done for my bathrooms and on time, less than 3 weeks. Each bathroom was gutted to just floor and wall, and then installs everything new. I'm also very impressed with the advice and the care that Afshin put in and he always updates me the progress on a weekly bases. During the renovation weeks, there were some minor issues with the layout but with Afshin's advice and professionalism, he came up with a better solution without breaking the current set agreement and budget - for that, I really appreciated. Full Kitchen Remodel I did the usual, get a number of firms to come to my place and tell me what they can do, what they recommend and how much will it cost. New trend were informative and valuable in my decision making, as a corporate professional, I did not have any real experience with doing this type of work and I was glad to be given options and guidance.
