Great customer service experience. The store was clean. The staff was friendly. Variety of different ready home cooked meals. We're most definitely going back there soon.
After my Mum's appointment, she wanted to swing by for some individual meals - only $6.95 for a serving, a perfect size for my mum. We (my wife and I) don't shop at M&M's but I can see why it's so popular. My mum enjoys their food and the customer service is phenomenal!! The woman behind the counter was very nice and engaging, she was chatting it up with my mum like they were friends. This lovely woman should travel and teach people about customer service (the world needs more people like her around). Overall it was a great experience. This said, I have had some M&M products and their food is quite good for packaged food (the cabbage rolls are my favorite). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
M&M is a great spot to grab a frozen meal that is good when in a pinch. It's been a good spot to try for many years and I would recommend trying something new from here for a weekday meal.
I stopped to get their frozen quiche. The store has lots of tasty options. I would give it more stars if 1. There was a phyical catalogue in addition to an online one 2. It was such an assembly line 3. The prices were a little cheaper 4. There were fewer preservatives in the food The clerk was helpful and enthusiastic.
Nothing against this store. They’ve always been very helpful. However after doing a deep dive into M&M’s ingredients, there are a TON of preservatives which I can’t justify giving to my family anymore. It’s just not healthy food. Make it yourself and stay healthy!
