I always have an amazing experience with my hairdresser, Jamak. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and truly cares about her clients. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with kindness and a positive attitude. The quality of her work is always outstanding she takes her time and makes sure everything is done perfectly. I booked online and when I got there she was not even there and was told that she wouldn’t be back for another hour since she “had no clients booked” so I had to go somewhere else. I advise not to book online since they do not even check to see if someone has booked, very disappointing and unprofessional.
Jamak is really a nice person and she can do whatever you want, i have had a haircut and I’m really satisfied with it, I show her couple of pictures and she advised me which is the best for me, she did same with my daughter too, and she is really happy with her haircut as well. Thank you so much Jamak you are the best.
I wish I could provide a 0-star review. DO NOT go here for an eyebrow service. I showed them a picture of myself with the desired shape of my eyebrow. The lady who was doing my eyebrows and the owner (I believe) both said that my eyebrows looked really thin in the picture and kept asking if I was sure I wanted them that thin. We agreed to start with a cleanup and then to see what I would like taken off afterwards and go “little by little.” I sat in the chair for 30 minutes while this lady BARELY threaded my eyebrows but spent the majority of the time tweezing and SHAVING my eyebrows with a one blade razor. Let me specify that I had purchased a threading service, and she was putting me under unnecessary intensive pain with aggressive tweezing. I felt like she was going a little too far but she never stopped to ask me what I thought. Fast forward to the end of the session and my eyebrows look so thin and horrible. I would like to add that before she began, I specified that I wanted to keep the ends of my brows because I was growing them out. So why were they completely taken off by the end of the session? When I told them and make it clear I wasn’t happy with the job she did, they tried to justify and explain why they felt they could just do WHATEVER they wanted to my face. What made me so upset is that I thought they had communicated with me very well up until she started doing my eyebrows and did not think to consider my opinions of the job she was doing. I was left sobbing by the end of the session and it ruins my mood every time I get even glimpse of my face. I never used to have to fill in my eyebrows because they were always so full but now I have to fill them in every day. DO NOT go there for an eyebrow threading because THEY WILL ruin your eyebrows. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy because even they don’t deserve this. They completely ignored my desired look and shape and did not think to do “little by little”, as they said they would, to make sure I was happy with the outcome. My experience with them was so poor that I wouldn’t even recommend doing any other service with them since eyebrow threading is not even their main service. Please save your money and go somewhere reputable, professional, and trustworthy.
I visited this salon today with my mom, and we both had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Jamak, she was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to communicate with me about every detail of my haircut, ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. The end result was perfect!
If you like your hair don’t go to jamak.Saturday I went there she is very bad and unprofessional and she destroyed my hair . Literally cant say how bad it is.Im really sad i choosed her I did a hair cut and highlights both of them really bad and awful Hair cut is ugly and too short and highlights goes yellow and she burns my hair with bleach now all my hair is fall down She already charged for 250 to destroy my hair I just like to wear a hat now i have no self confidence right now with my new ugly hair style i put the picture here so you can see and don’t go to her
I have been going to Jamak Beauty for laser hair removal on my legs, and armpits. After 3-4 sessions, I can honestly say that there is a decrease in hair growth. Being an individual of colour, I was initially hesitant to even try laser hair removal because I was afraid of being burnt as some lasers do not work well on coloured skin. However, Jamak ensured that there were no significant burns during my procedure. In fact, the machine that she uses for laser hair removal works extremely well on coloured skin. I am very pleased with the results of my laser hair removal with Jamak, and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in laser hair removal!
