Told the barber not to thin out my hair, and he still did it. Not happy and the bottom was too short. I wanted an undercut not a skin fade. Disappointed with this place, it's almost Christmas, and now I have to wear a hat. Any barber that uses thinning shears, on already thinning hair should stop cutting hair. I told the barber before not to do thinning, but he didn't listen. Never coming back to this place again. Please listen to your customers when they tell you specifically what not to do!
I just called the Salon to book an appointment 3 mins ago today at 12:30pm. The lady who took the call did not even excuse herself started to talk to some else interrupted me twice. Then she turns back to me she said something in Chinese. I asked if I could book an appointment and asked if the owner was there. She just says “NO” and hung up on me. I understand that she may have been busy but this is not something I expected.
Ripoff... Don't recommend to anyobe even my worst enemy.. You will look worse after you going in!!! They charge me$ 35 for the haircut. The owner shared it is supposed to be $ 25?!!! Scam
I went there to get a 60/40 hair style, yet the barber gave me the exact opposite of what I asked. I had grew my hair out dor multiple months just for this occasion and they ruined my time and patience. Now I have to grow my hair out AGAIN.
If you couldn’t handle women hair, it is okay, but, pretending you do and ruining your customers’ hair is WRONG! I am SO upset today, the guy(can’t address him as a hairdresser) does not understand what is layered haircut, chopped my daughter’s beautiful curls in two minutes like a butcher. Stay away from this place, there are sanity issues too, I did NOT see barbicide nor clippercide placed in the shop, they don’t ever clean the tools.
Very reasonably price for the level of expertise I am getting. The only downside is they are often busy and doesn’t take appointments, but overall I have been getting satisfying results from the different barbers at the shop. Attentive service and humble, keep it up!
Ive been coming here since last year there costumer service is good and when I had a problem on my hair color they handled it in a very professional way
