Stirred this up looking for the rice and less than half a cup I’d say. Oh and the extra upcharge for four slivers of chicken. It’s like it’s coming out of the employees pocket. 5 tortilla pieces…. Seriously . Wish I hadn’t of tipped
Love a good Freshii lunch run! I always order in advance on the app and everything was delicious. I had the Oaxaca bowl with chicken and replaced the black beans for edamame. Overall the bowl was super filling, fresh tasting and delicious. Same staff working there usually and they always provide great service.
Rude owner who never takes responsibility for orders that are made wrong and then she has a bad attitude on top of it. I am done with going there and giving her my business. She’s had far too many chances to redeem herself and failed.
Originally no teriyaki sauce on my rice bowl and rice was cold. So I asked for a refund. They couldn’t give me my money back but explained that I could get a voucher for a free bowl for future use. I declined and they made me a fresh bowl with warm rice and triple the teriyaki sauce. I guess in retrospect I should have taken the free bowl for future. Why way too much sauce? I couldn’t even eat it. I will never visit this store again. The staff were insensitive to the customer and reckless with adding triple the sauce. Shame on the staff. Couldn’t eat my meal. What a disappointment. Oh well no more Freshii for me. Hope you have better luck than I did. Good luck, you will need it.
Honestly used to eat here all the time but had a terrible experience last week. Typically ordering online its ready as soon as I arrive on my lunch break but I got there and waited 45 minutes for my food..was late coming back from my break. It looks like they bad 2 brand new employees working alone during the busiest time of the day. Unfortunately won’t be going back.
It is not without tremendous gratitude and appreciation that I write on behalf of the staff at this franchise location. Not only do location manager’s like Talia, go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure each and every customer is greeted with kindness and warmth, they are patient and make incredible salads and shakes which keep getting better and better at every visit. Our entire family loves ordering from this branch versus others and really go out of our way to celebrate employees like Tessa so that owner Karen knows what an incredible staff she has. I will continue to patronize this location for all time.
I tried Freshii for the first time this summer and the menu has been surprisingly tasty and... Fresh. I now eat there a couple of times a week and have always enjoyed the experience. This location in Aurora has always been pleasant, the young folks behind the counter are polite and friendly. I was there last night (Dec 20, 2022) and was served by two young ladies. I was observing them while waiting in line....Friendly smiles and excellent customer service....keep it up ladies and thank you for the awesome wrap
