The most awful experience I’ve ever had . I made the reservation for mine and my hubbys first time as our 8 year anniversary dinner . We love trying different food and we we’re excited to try this ! Had good reviews ( all bad reviews are hidden at bottom ) . We got there and no one spoke to us / told us how long to cook meat or cared to say you realize it’s spicy when we asked for no spice . The amount of peppercorns was disgusting we barely ate any food and left . In my opinion the servers had they been decent people Should’ve seen we were literally choking on the spice and offered us a discounted price as we barely touched the damn food . DO NOT EAT HERE . Absolutely disgusting and I won’t be surprised if I end up sick tomorrow.
It was my first time using hot pot and the service from all staff was awful no help/didn’t explain cook times etc did not even want to make eye contact. The soup was the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life the amount peppercorn made it inedible. Had to leave within 20 minutes. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again.
Service is friendly. Very friendly staff. Quality food. Clean atmosphere. Really liked tomato broth. It was bomb. Dessert station was delicious. Beef in cilantro skewer was a favorite. Accommodating to vegetarian. Will go again.
[UPDATE] November 2024 SO much better now! Worth your money. 最近看评论不错又来尝试一下，菜品品质比一年前好太多，没有惊艳但是完全及格好吃。小料台也干净整洁，服务员貌似是老板，耐心照料到每个客人，现在还提供免费的金桔茶和酸梅汤，配菜也有泡菜小蛋糕啥的，整体感觉是个实诚的店，会继续支持的。 [Original comment fall 2023] 从开店就一直吃的餐厅了，貌似前段时间换老板了？明显感觉食物和服务下降了，牛肉一点雪花都没有了，羊肉长得跟牛肉一样，点菜不是上错就是没上，蘸料台不是空的就是少的，之前的细心服务员都不见了，现在的服务员小伙子带着airpod耳机一脸懵，也不知道是听不懂英语还是听不见？挺遗憾的，想着用完会员卡就不会再去了，结果会员卡里还有二十多块也没让我用，整不会了 It's just so unfortunate to witness the down slope of this restaurant, used to be great and we recommended it to so many friends. Now I'd say take your money couple blocks down to Richmond Hill, at least you'll get your food and mindful service.
Finally we can get hot pot in Aurora! Fantastic place. Super generous amounts of food. Excellent staff. Super fresh food. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing place. Totally 5 stars. Super clean too.
First time doing hot pot ever. Staff was kind and explained the process to us. The induction plate built into the table was a really cool setup. Whole restaurant was clean and tidy, bright and welcoming. Great selection of meat and veggies to cook in the soup/broths. Food was great quality and great portions for all you can eat.
Really clean and great hotpot place!! Lots of variety for their AYCE menu (including duck blood and frog legs) COVID measures were in place and well enforced too Would recommend coming
