I took my 5 year old daughter for her first experience with laser tag. She had an absolute blast, as did I. The lobby is nice and tidy with a few arcade games. The staff that helped us was great at explaining the game and getting us setup to play. And the actual game play was super fun. The price is also very reasonable. We will definitely be going back for more visits.
Great for young kids my son enjoyed his birthday here. Would be 5 stars but not a lot of info is shared on booking so made it more difficult to plan for the day.
Aurora Lazer Runner is an awesome place for laser tag! The arena is exciting, and the equipment works great. The owner, Amir, is super nice and makes sure everyone has a great time. I highly recommend it for fun with friends or family!
Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1-start review after the way I was treated by the owner of this place. I booked a birthday party for my son at their place and due to some circumstances we needed to cancel so we called and gave them a 1-month notice ( not just 2 weeks ) and the nice lady who answered the phone said OK, we will cancel and issue you a refund for the deposit you paid. I waited for two weeks and when no refund was issued I called her again and she apologized and advised me to email with the owner directly so I did, and to my extreme surprise he said" you can't cancel, but only reschedule!" I explained to him that we no longer needed the booking and that I had already received an email saying it was cancelled and I also checked and found out that our time slot had been booked by someone else and despite all that he won't issue us our refund.!!! This is really a horrible experience and I don't advise anyone to use them when this is how they treat their clients!
Great party experience although the car and bike rides they had were very inappropriate for children. Having a party full of 10 years old girls watching half naked girls jumping around on the screen was highly inappropriate for a kids party place.
I haven't played there myself yet, but it has a friendly and welcoming environment with nice staff. I have plan to go with friends as soon as I get a chance.
