This law firm specially the lawyer Jack Laurion is so unprofessional and rude with his clients. I doubt that he is even a professional lawyer. I believe just because he went to law school and got his license to practice in Ontario, makes him a good lawyer. Simply he does not have the skills to deal with his clients and public in a polite and competent manner.
