i am shocked and amazed at the experience i had which was truly spiritual. i had a 2 hour massage with sr practitioner and so much stress tension and even trauma was released. it’s been almost 2 weeks since and i continue to feel physically and emotionally so much lighter. i have recommended it to anyone who will listen. reasonably priced and worth every penny.
We booked two massage therapy for my husband and I on Valentine’s Day.It supposed to be a present.My husband canceled work that day.Owner called me 25 min before an appointment and canceled one of massages.So it was disappointing.I asked her to find substitute therapist for later time,that we can wait.She said that they have own customers.So our day was ruined.
I went to this location in June 2023. I had a great experience. However I was unhappy to learn that the provider that saw me was delisted from Sunlife benefits and I could not reimburse the massage despite booking with an RMT. Please be aware. I have never seen such a bad treatment from a spa employee. I got a 90-minute massage appointment from this spa at 4 o'clock, but I had a small accident on the way, and I quickly sent an email to them that I will arrive half an hour late, please or for Please extend the time or if you can't book another hour for me, after a few minutes a girl named Nicole called me and told me in a very rude and rude tone that we will not book another time for you and if you arrive late it will be the same We will charge your 90 minutes. I told her that I am on my way and when I arrive, I will talk to the manager. as soon as I get to the spa salon. Nicole told me that you were late and we canceled your appointment and we will charge you. I protested to her that What kind of bad attitude do you have and in my answer she repeated her words very indifferently and after I asked that, I should talk to the manager, she said that you can't talk to the manager. I am so angry with this treatment that I am not ready to come to this place in any way and I will only tell the manager that if Nicole stays in your collection, she will make all the customers unhappy with her rude behavior and your business will fail.
