The tech there was warm and friendly and had just had a rush of people gone thru. I was happy everyone had gone and she said I would not need an appointment. The nurse that works here is absolutely wonderful. I hate having my blood drawn and she made it painless and she was very nice to me when I told her I was scared. Results were sent to my doctor quickly!
Hong is very good and professional at what she does. I did not feel any pain doing the blood work. Results were within 7 days and all good. Thank you and will be back to do regular testings.

I had an excellent experience at Med-Health Laboratories. The staff was extremely friendly, and the technician who drew my blood was exceptional. Excellent. When calling them they answered right away. Technician was very good did blood test in 2 minutes did not have to wait as well. Facility was very clean and plent of parking. Highly recommend this place. OHIP covered so did not have to pay for anything and they have an online portal to check results. No fees to check results too!
I always go to the Aurora Med health lab at Kennedy and Yonge. The technician there is Fantastic!! She is very kind and friendly and best of all very gentle. You don’t even fell the needle and she took six vials. I felt nothing. She’s amazing. Thank you. Highly recommend this Aurora location.
