I don't know what crap was in those falafel ball but that was not edible or digestable. I kept having to pick pieces of hard uncooked particles from the falafel because it would not break when chewing on it... as it is undigestelable. I would never come back her not even if you pay me. Extremely disappointing especially considering how hard it is to find falafel places around here.

Absolutely Outstanding! I had an amazing experience at Pita Land! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and kindness by the owner, who clearly cares deeply about both the food and the customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days, and it really made my visit special. The food? Incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, you won’t be disappointed. The place itself was spotless – super clean and well-kept, which just added to the overall great vibe. It’s clear that they take pride not only in their food, but in the entire experience they offer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

So I was in line at this location, and there was a line up with only 1 person working. The employee was very polite so that wasn't the issue. I ended up leaving (without having ordered anything) because I watched the employee wrap up someone else's shawarma wrap, handle their cash, and go back to touching pitas from the bag of pitas with the same gloves. It was really off-putting to see that. We will not be coming back.

My worst experience at a Pita Land location As I walk into the location the bald man at the front just stares at me until I place my order. I ordered the beef kebab wrap and he said it will be 20 minutes and I said thats fine. He just continues to stare at me as if I should order something else on the menu. After standing awkwardly for another 30 seconds, he starts making my order. After that he asked me for the toppings on my wrap. As we move towards the left side of the counter, I asked for tabouli(herb mix) and he said there is an extra charge for that and I said thats okay. Additionally I got jalapeños, black olives, hot peppers and feta cheese. He didn’t tell me that there was an extra charge for those toppings when I was ordering. When it was time to pay, my $15 pita wrap turned to $20 as he charged me extra for every topping I got. I asked him that I wasn’t made aware of that while ordering and he just said that I thought you knew already and just continued to argue. No other restaurant charges you extra for literally vegetables like hot peppers and herbs. Later I found out that this man is the owner of that location. I typically love Pita Land for food and customer service. This experience left me scammed for my money and never wanting to come back especially to this location. The owner lied about the price, horrible customer service and the best of all it was the driest kebab I have ever had.

My least favourite location. Portion is way smaller than the others, and charges for each salad topping.. barely any sauce added to the small ration of meat on the plate I paid $17+ for. Not worth it here. I would recommend taking the drive to Thornhill/ Vaughan or any other location to get better tasting food and more for your money. Also went on a rainy day and the ceiling was leaking just next to where the food is. Not a fan overall

Update your hours of operation, it is not that hard as I am sure google asks you if your holiday hours would change, visited today on July first, and google clearly states open, but apparently the owner didn’t care enough to update their calendar!

Extremely cheap place, doesn’t put enough portion size and cheaps out on sauce. I talked to them about it, they tell me it’s the standard size when clearly there was barely any chicken in the bowl, however the worker was nice enough to give me some extra potatoes while closing. Go to other pita lands that don’t cheap out on its portion sizes
