The people who run this place will try to swindle you they ripped me off for $100 and became very aggressive when questioned I didn't feel safe until I got to my car spend your money elsewhere.
Frustrating experience! Needed a replacement battery and backing for my iPhone. For 4 days I was given the runaround from the son of the owner ( who was on vacation) that the parts would arrive and my phone would be fixed. NOTHING! Unacceptable. Never going back.
Cellular Valley is terrible. I’ve gotten my phone fixed there twice and every time i retrieve my phone something new is wrong with it. For example i broke my phone screen the other day and when i retrieved it my Battery on my iphone 12 was completely done. All he did was fix my screen? how did this effect my battery. Overall i do not recommend this place they claim to have “good prices” But are very expensive. This business is very cheap and will cause many more serious problems to your iPhone. Do not Recommend
I fixed my iPhone 6s & the customer service was terrible. To begin with, I was debating whether to go with Apple or this repair store. I had water damage & a cracked screen but at least my phone was easily accessible. After repairing it for $120 the screen is not tapping where i touch it and it is pressing the wrong buttons. I cannot open the 2nd column of options that are enabled when u push the screen a bit harder. I used to be able to open those options, came in handy for Instagram or apps- but now I do not have the ease of using my iPhone. I would have RATHER USED A CRACKED WORKING PHONE than a nice looking phone that hangs up my calls and puts people on mute. I went to the store for a refund or so it can be fixed so i don’t have to go to Apple and pay $200 and he just offered to replace the screen again, which I denied. Terrible. Next time I am not trusting anyone but Apple because it completely ruined my iPhone. He also did not believe me even though ITS MY PHONE and i KNOW MY PHONE. It takes me 5x longer to type ANYTHING but this review was worth it. Super unsatisfied. :(
I have purchased 2 cellphones from cellular valley over the past few years. Always have experienced great service. Recently I had my cellphone stolen. As always I went to replace it at cellular valley. The owner was extremely sympathetic and helped me find a new phone on my budget. The following day I was able to locate my stolen phone through GPS tracker and was lucky enough to have it returned to me. I went back to cellular valley to see if I could resell the phone back to the store. I didnt expect that I would get all the money back in full refund. Once again he proved that he is a honorable and sympathetic man. He returned the amount of the phone in full. Without any hesitation. I 100% recommend cellular valley as your electronic shop. He is a wonderful man and has the best phones and gagets around. With amazing prices and the best customer service. Grade A++++!!! I will NEVER shop anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone. Biggest scam ever, gave phone for a quote and they refused to return it unless i gave them 60 dollars(for a quote). My friend was attacked by the owners and lady there. They are very deceiving, highly suggest you go somewhere else.
