My father has been in Willows Estate for four years and we couldn't be happier. Staff are wonderful and very caring. Food is great. Lots of activities. Extremely diligent with infection prevention and control. Staff are always there when you need them. Special shout-out to Tam, the social worker.
Very disappointed with this nursing home. Keep your loved ones far far away. They do not care for your loved ones at all. My grandmother just recently passed away because they kept a patient who was unwell in the same room as her. The day after she passed, my family went to go pack up her things. All of the employees were able to look my family in the eye and not even give any condolences or anything. They truly show how much they don’t care about their patients. I am disgusted with the lack of care and attention they gave to this matter. I would never recommend this nursing home.
This establishment is a disgrace. The entire place is negligent and responsible for the death of my grandmother who was left alone in a room with a roommate who had pneumonia when she had a half a working lung and a heart condition. They are directly responsible for the death of my beloved grandmother. The staff could not even look us in the eye when we came to clean out her room because they know their negligence caused her death. This is a terrible place to entrust the safety of your loved ones. The irreparable damage they have caused my family with no remorse or even so much as condolences speaks to their cruel and callous operations. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I could give you no stars you absolute monsters.
This place is extremely unprofessional and heartless. Not only did my grandma have a god awful end of life in this facility, the treatment my family received from staff afterward was disgusting. Completely unorganized, made me enter the facility during a respiratory outbreak multiple times because of sheer incompetence. The people “in charge” of this place need a career reevaluation. Keep your loved ones far away.
My wife has been at the Willows for three years now and I have only good things to say. The place maybe old and worn out but the level of care is excellent. Staff have always been caring and professional even through the challenges that COVID brought us. They have my respect in making our sad situation the best it can be.
My grandfather Sam bharucha is in this home and I’m setting in the hospital with him on his death bed thanks to goofs that work at this home Brian Stephanie Jeffrey and all the rest off the goofs if you love your love one don’t put them here
It’s rushad divecha my grandpa is in this home and they seem to have something against me coming to see him I book my visits 30 days before but every Wednesday when I come and every Wednesday there late to bring him down cuz there so lazy this home will kill your love one very fast please avoid this place at all cost they ban me from seeing him cuz I said I’m calling the ministry of long term care witch is my right they don’t even take care of him look at his toes and bruises and they say it’s all normal they don’t even get his dressed as u see in the picture
