Shout out Fenil. I was literally trying all morning to change my bell mobility plan through the website, calling them, customer service, the whole kafkaesque ordeal. I was so fed up after three hours that I drove to staples hoping to change the plan through their in-person service. Within ten seconds of standing in the tech area looking for someone, Fenil asked me what I needed, tried to set me up with Bell, and when that failed, was quick to offer me an alternative plan with Virgin that fit all of my needs. There was no dilly dallying or any like "you COULD try this, or you could MAYBE do this", it was fifteen minutes of answers to all my questions, and professional advice on everything I needed. So shoutout Fenil, thanks for the help
Punar in customer service is by far hands down one of the best customer service representatives I have worked with in years! His customer service skills on returns and technical advice is outstanding and has now kept me a Staples customer.
I’m not sure if anyone works or answers the phone on Sundays. I placed a same day print order on Thursday expecting to pick it up the same day or the next day, but have yet to receive a “order ready for pick up” email. It is now Sunday and I have called every 10 mins starting at 11:00 am, which is when they open, but no one is answering. I pressed 8 for customer service and still no answer. I then pressed every extension to speak to different departments and it automatically says to try a different extension as they are busy. How is that possible I get if they’re understaffed, but no one answers the phone? I’ve been to the store before and most reps are on their phone texting, so how can they not answer the phones with a customer is calling?
The most weakest costumer service I’ve ever seen in Staples branches. I will never be a costumer of staples. They lock the door and prevent to provide a service to me (that’s ok),but they done the Canadian person’s work (another costumer),who was beside of me at upfront of the door. How it’s possible!!!!!
Honestly just waited at the shipping counter for 10 minutes and watched 3-4 staff just standing around or sitting doing nothing and no one asked any of the customers standing in line if they needed anything. Do better.
Went to take my PR picture. The old man took 3 pictures refused to show me and went straight to print it out even tho I asked 4-5 times if I can see the picture . Worst experience which costed me 25$ . I won’t ever return here nor let any family or friend come.
I spent thousands on high end printers etc. The one time my mother wanted to buy a pc from this location ,they tried to sell her an operating system separately " NOT " listed in the display price. I have a good mind to report them to the BBB
