I have had only excellent experiences with this location! I've found my color matches spot on and when I've followed the recommendations made by the professional named in the ignorant comment below, I was blown away by the results. I would recommend Benjamin Moore 10 out of 10 times and recommend that when a paint professional gives you advice, that you don't dismiss it out of hand and slop their premium product all over the wall like Jackson Pollock. Any idiot knows that when you're patching up more than one tiny spot on a wall, you at least paint the entire section. Rock on Benjamin Moore, please don't be discouraged by people without the capacity to listen.
Returning customer here, never to return again. I came with the specific need to match my original Benjamin Moore paint color and sheen so I can patch the handprints and other nicks, and no way this matte paint is eggshell. Lack of experience from Casey could not match the sheen on my paint, and no solution provided other than asking me to paint the entire walls meaning more paint required. Experience would have known the correct type of sheen to match Alkyd paint with water based paint. Really let me down. Do not come here for paint matching, you will waste your money and time painting like I did.
I got the price a day before I buying 5 gallons regal paint but unfortunately when I ask them to made paint for me they ask me about 25$ more than before... and I had to buy it because they made it ... while I didn't buy it .. I don't understand why?
INCREDIBLE STORE!! Aside from them being fast and efficient with our samples, they were a life saver. We recently painted our house in Sharon discovering that the paint we mixed and purchased (from another store) did not come even close to the Ben Moore paint swatch or sample we put on our wall. Whether or not it was a mistake from the other store, we had to re-do around 7 cans of paint in our house. When we told the the staff at Aurora Paint, they were beyond accommodating, mixed our new white paint (free of charge), and ensured us that it was very important that we should be happy as they stand behind the Benjamin Moore brand 100% for both, quality and service. Next time we wont thing twice, we will buy all future supplies from Aurora Paint! Thanks again everyone!
