✨ I had an absolutely amazing experience with my master! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and patient. Her training was so professional and inspiring — she shared every detail with passion and care. I learned more than I ever imagined and felt completely supported throughout the entire course. I’m truly grateful for her guidance, kindness, and positive energy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best master and an exceptional training experience! ✨

I want to thank my master, Ms. Shayli. I’ve been following her from Iran, and I came to Canada to take her course. Everything was amazing! Thank you so much for all your efforts and kindness. ???????❤️❤️❤️ Ms. Shayli is so supportive and always answers all my questions with patience and care. ?

I had such a great experience training with Shayli! She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. What stood out the most to me is how supportive she is, she truly cares about her students’ success and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. Her expertise and encouragement made the whole learning process enjoyable and valuable. I highly recommend her training to anyone looking to grow their skills!

All these people who give Shayli five star either they’re a part of her family friends or the job was freshly done. Because I had an old eyebrow ombre without having retouch,it last five years back (in 2019 June ) In 2025 I came to Shayli to remove my old ombre to go for microblading so first she didn’t do Microblading for me. She filled it up my old tattoo again and there was no point of paying extra to remove my old tattoo . The second thing was my eyebrows only last few weeks and she asked me to come for a touchup but still is faded after doing retouch Don’t give someone’s review for their recent work done you need to wait to see the proper result and give review

Had a very disappointing experience with the owner. She ruined my browes. I asked for hair strocks but she filled my brows like old tattoos without asking me. When i told her i dont like the color she used, she switched to a different color. Now my brows color has 2 tones and they dont match. When i objected about her flaws, she responded very coldly and indifferently and blocked me. Never recommend this person. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, my experience with the lip blush course at Harmony Academy, run by Master Shayli, was very disappointing. I joined the class two months ago with high hopes, but her behavior was cold, rigid, and at times even hostile. She did not foster a supportive learning environment, and essential topics were rushed or skipped altogether, despite the high price I paid. During the practice session, she told me I’d be using her products but on exam day, she suddenly criticized me for not bringing my own tools. She gave me a very narrow time slot to take the exam and repeatedly reminded me she was busy with an upcoming expo, creating more pressure and anxiety. I had to wait 30 minutes outside the locked academy with my model before the door was opened. The kit I was promised was incomplete, and the PMU pen included was more of a promotional item than a functional tool. When I told her I wanted to buy a better machine with my own money, she offered no advice and later tried to sell me the exact same model, which I had already bought online. Her attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience as a customer. I ordered a numbing cream from her website and had to follow up after 10 days. She gave me a strict one-hour pickup window and refused to accommodate when I had an emergency. Her messages were harsh and cold, and when I rushed to make it in time, I got into a car accident. I’ve never experienced such unfriendly and inflexible service in Canada. In my opinion, Master Shayli failed to show professionalism, patience, or basic customer care. Both as a student and as a customer, I felt dismissed and mistreated and I truly regret trusting this academy.

Unfortunately, my experience with the lip blush course at Harmony Academy, led by Master Shayli, did not meet my expectations. I enrolled in the training two months ago, genuinely eager to learn and to develop a respectful and professional student-teacher relationship. However, I was met with a rigid and emotionally distant approach that made the learning environment uncomfortable. While Master Shayli promotes herself as a master PMU artist, I found the course to be lacking in structure and depth—especially disappointing, given the high cost. Foundational topics were either rushed or inadequately addressed. During a practice session with her model, she told me I could be using her products and would do the same for the final exam. Following this guidance, I didn’t bring my own tools on exam day, only to be criticized for not having them. This inconsistency added unnecessary stress. At registration, I was informed that a full kit was included, but it contained only three pigments (yellow, red, and neutralizer) and a PMU pen that seemed more promotional than practical. When I expressed interest in purchasing a more professional machine, I didn't receive any helpful guidance. Later, Master Shayli offered me the same machine I had previously inquired about, which left me feeling confused and unsupported. When I requested to schedule my final exam, I was only offered a very limited time slot (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM), which added further pressure. On the day of the exam, my model and I waited outside the closed academy for nearly 30 minutes. I was then informed that I must use only my own supplies, information that contradicted earlier instructions and created last-minute panic. The atmosphere during the exam felt rushed and impersonal. I later learned that the academy was preparing for an upcoming expo, which may have contributed to the lack of focus and support. Beyond the course itself, my experience as a customer was also disappointing. I ordered a numbing cream from Master Shayli’s online store, and after 10 days without an update, I followed up. I was given a strict one-hour window for pickup (12:00–1:00 PM). On that day, an emergency arose, and I was unable to arrive at that time. When I informed her, the response was extremely rigid and lacked empathy. Despite explaining my situation, I was told I had to come that same day. I felt pressured, rushed—and on the way there, I was involved in a car accident. This entire experience was deeply upsetting. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such cold and inflexible service, especially in Canada where professionalism and customer care are generally a priority. In conclusion, my time with Harmony Academy and Master Shayli was, unfortunately, one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had—both as a student and as a customer. Additionally, Master Shayli informed me that the certificate issued by her academy, which she claimed to have obtained, is recognized and valid in both Canada and the United States. I trusted her words, believing the credential carried significant weight. However, I later realized this may not be accurate. No one seems to recognize the academy, and the certificate may hold no formal accreditation, serving merely as a proof of completion for an introductory course rather than a professionally recognized qualification.
