First time requiring this type of service and randomly reached out to two companies. First company quoted twice what Ben would eventually charge, and told me that I was responsible for finding a third party to lift my composite deck boards. Ben was able to access the animal without lifting any boards. He was also very transparent ahead of time about the potential added cost in the event that lifting some boards was required, but he had a contact if necessary. Friendly, prompt, transparent, fair price, I couldn't recommend more.
I was referred to Ben by a friend, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. He did an average job at best, finished in about 30 minutes, and charged more than what I was quoted elsewhere. He also started working right away without mentioning pricing upfront, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, he spent much of the time bad mouthing competitors, which came across as unprofessional. When I confronted him about the price afterward, he became angry and aggressive. Overall, we were overcharged and taken advantage of. He's your typical scammer. Ben lacks transparency and integrity. I would advise against doing business with him. If you’re going to pay top dollar, you’re far better off going with a brand-name company like Orkin instead.
Ben has helped rid us of many different pest problems over the past few years. Since we have been on a yearly contract we have had no more mice issues inside of our house and are happy to see Ben for our monthly service. He updates us on any signs of mice and has rid us of what was once, a nasty nuisance. Ben will always come to my rescue quickly, to help rid our yard of racoon, possum, hornet, mosquito, tick and fly problems. Our latest “spray”service by Ben this weekend kept our guests and food, free of insects at our outdoor yard party. Ben is very professional, always prompt, extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to chat with. We would highly recommend Ben to anyone currently dealing with any pest control issues or, wishing to ensure prevention of same.

Twice Alex has just disappeared and never got back to us about finishing the bug job at our place. Once I could understand if something came up with family or an emergency but after coming back for a second yr for services, its not acceptable! Do not recommend unless you want to be ghosted and left with an unfinished project.
