I was caught off guard by a time limit I wasn’t told about. At no point did the staff inform me there was a 30-minute restriction. When I brought it up to the customer care, the manager explained that “the information is written on the wall.” Frankly, that struck me as a funny excuse—are customers expected to scan the entire wall like they're on a scavenger hunt just to learn basic usage terms? A simple heads-up from staff would have prevented the confusion entirely.
We took our dog for a bath, and the experience was great and very convenient. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. They said my son was very polite, so they gave us the service for free. We will definitely come again.
I really wanted to appreciate the kindness of all the people who work in this location especially the owner of the store Jay and the manager Negar, I also wanted to mention the amazing dog wash area that they have which it really makes our job easier especially if u have a large breed, appreciate all the employees work in there for keep it clean and fresh so we can enjoy our experience in there I always drive all the way to here from Richmond Hill because of the nice experience I get in here!
The self serve dog wash area is nice and clean. They had free treats in addition to a selection of shampoos and conditioners. Only one staff on duty Saturday morning, but she provided wonderful customer service. My second review on June 13,2025: Today ,after my 10-year-old dog had a bath, she peed inside the store. The male staff member simply said, “No problem, just be careful not to slip — I’ll take care of it.” The customer service here is truly impeccable and never disappoints. Thank you for your sincere service.?????
Such knowledgeable staff! Couldn’t get this level of expertise about various products at any other pet store. The performatrin food is only sold at pet Valu. Their self served dog wash station was a BONUS! Make a mess washing your dog somewhere else other than my house and get home with a clean dog!
Self Dog wash sign was clearly marked on the door. A beautiful smiling employee came up to my ex husband and I and asked if we are here for the dog wash. We held up the broken puppy leash and although it was quite busy we were in and out. Plus my dog of an ex is pretty hygienic.
