Refered by ER doc, met with Alana for 4 or 5 appointments for tendonitis in my knee. I went from not being able to move my knee to normal activities by the end. Alana's therapy and exercise plan were amazing! Highly recomend this clinic and thank you Alana!
Erin is a miracle worker. I have been in pain for more than 9 months. Between the physiotherapy and the shockwave therapy i am also completely pain free.
I had a 9:00 am appointment with Dr. Gamble. I showed up on time and he sauntered in at 9:20 am. Apparently, there were three other people ahead of me from appointments as early as 8:00 am. I sat there for two hours and watched as no less than 5 other people got in ahead of me. At 11:00 am I approached the receptionist and told her I needed to leave for another appointment elsewhere. She would not look at me but kept apologizing over and over again. As I was leaving, they called in another man to see Dr. Gamble. I'm not sure when they were planning to call me in. Noon? After Dr. Gamble went for lunch? This type of treatment is all too common among medical "professionals" and there really is no excuse. If a doctor gets held up elsewhere, the receptionist should contact the patients to reschedule. It's simple business etiquette that does not seem to be common in the medical profession. They have absolutely no respect for anybody's time. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very disappointing experience.
Update: I just had another great appointment at Aurora Sports Medicine. Mike Pameli adjusted my custom Ossur Unloader One knee brace and reminded me how to wear it properly. Three years ago, Mike suggested that the brace might be a good solution for my very-limiting knee pain, and he was SO right. I’ve had three fantastic years of hiking forests and mountains, thanks to that brace, and I’m looking forward to more. Thanks Mike and Aurora Sports Medicine. Back in 2020: Absolutely fantastic team and facility! The safety measures now in place make me confident that I can safely visit in person. Stephanie is a truly amazing physiotherapist, supporting me with deep massages, ultra sound, a fancy ice machine, and an exercise plan tailored to me -- and clear answers to my many questions. She's also super encouraging!
Excellent clinic with caring staff! Loved the webinars during the pandemic, they gave me a lot of useful information to help keep me active and safe. They always make me feel important and will work with me through problems that I'm having. I'm grateful that I can continue playing sports and do the activities that I love!

After consulting with my surgeon in regards to my pain in my knee and numbness radiating from my hip down my right leg to my foot I was referred to a physiotherapist by the name of Alex Doduc. Alex assessed that my pain was coming from my sciatic nerve. Alex explained in detail the cause and treatment needed. After 5 sessions of massage therapy including acupuncture and a heat pad, and exercises, I am now experiencing no numbness in my leg . Thank you Alex . I will miss our discussions of NFL football.
