I cannot recommend Athlete’s Care Sports Medicine Centres - Aurora highly enough, especially for anyone navigating ACL and Meniscus surgery recovery. My experience with Clement has been phenomenal. His pre-habilitation guidance was invaluable. Post-surgery, his expertise, patience, and encouraging demeanor have been the cornerstone of my rehabilitation. He genuinely cares about your progress and takes the time to explain every exercise, milestone, and step of the recovery process.
I highly recommend Rafael as a physiotherapist. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. He did take the time to understand my specific needs and goals. His approach focused on active exercise, which not only helped me recover from a long-standing knee injury but also built my confidence to return to hiking and skiing. Also, working in a gym, gives him access to all the equipment needed for a well-rounded and personalized rehab plan. The experience was ideal for me to get back to my life, as it allowed me to easily move from therapy to real-world movements.
