I was really disappointed with my last order. The pizza I received was badly burnt around the edges, and it looks like the burnt parts were cut off intentionally before giving it to me. Normally, they always open the box and show the pizza before handing it over, but this time they didn’t! Now I understand why. This is not acceptable. I hope the team pays more attention and doesn’t serve food in this condition again.
This was our fave go-to for decades. Never again. The new owner and staff have no clue. The pizza is burnt on thr crust and doughy underneath. What a loss.
After all of these negative reviews, why are the new owners still able to operate this location? This was the last good pizzaville around. Ive eaten here for 20 years, worked in this location for years and have lived and breathed the pizza in this place. I Won’t be going here anymore, service is terrible, they don’t care about the customers. They cannot top a pizza correctly, always center topped or missing toppings, burnt. Shameful. First Newmarket location and now here.
