I love this course and always look forward to the peaceful quiet beautiful setting and a very challenging round while enjoying the fall foliage. So why don't they forewarn you that they're clearing out the irrigation lines and an extremely loud high pressure 90 db prolonged blast will accompany you on several holes? So why don't they tell you work crews will be driving terminator 3 tractors on your fairway? Cmon man!

Course conditions were fantastic and the young lady in the pro shop was exceptional. The down side….starter left early so there was long waits on the one 9 hole track, and empty on the other. No one to get people on the move. 3 1/2 hours to do 9. ??‍♂️

You may wonder why your score at the Westview has been below you avg. It may be due to so many undulation as shown in the pic. Very challenges course and I love it.

Pricey for a so so course no fall rates no Senior rates afternoon weekends but i guess with the popularity of the sport post covid they can cash grab like many courses..there are some that offer above discounts i choose to seek out those going forward

Never had an issue walking on as a single when there is an opening but recently a spot was entirely empty of booking so I waited 10 minutes til the tee off time to ensure a larger group didn’t want to take it. Was told I couldn’t play as a single and had to wait 20 minutes for a different tee time. Not sure what changed but that time I wanted to take ended up not getting booked by anyone.

Decent track and close to home. It’s definite a more value golf course. The cart paths could be paved, some of them are still gravel. Clubhouse and power carts could use an update. They’re running Yamaha gas powered carts which aren’t as comfortable as the EZ-GO electric carts most courses uses now these days. Men’s washroom also smells very bad; the plumbing must be very old and needs a full drain. The course itself is in decent condition at the peak of the season. Due to the hot weather, fairways are super bouncy. Greens are super fast due to the dry conditions too. More attention is definitely needed on the fairway, the grass is pretty high and there are a lot of ant holes around the green. I don’t know if they irrigate the course; didn’t see any built-in ground sprinklers on the course. The course plays narrow, plenty of trees but at least not that many fescue to lose your balls in. We played the Middle and Homestead courses. I hear that the sister course is St. Andrew’s Valley nearby; a higher end course than Westview. This course would be perfect if it wasn’t so expensive. $116 all in with cart. I’d come back without thinking twice if it was under $80. Front facing Staff are mostly students and they’re very nice. I was late and missed the 1st hole and the Starter drove me to my group who made it to the 2nd hole ready.

This course should be $40 + cart at best. Lakeview 9 was particularly bad. There's a crater field in the middle of a par 5 fairway. Would never play again.
