I have gone here 3 times for massages, all 3 were last minute appointments so had to take whoever was available. And all 3 were amazing!!!! They knew what they were doing and I left feeling rejuvenated and restored from stress that I hold in my body. I highly recommend this place.
I had a great experience at Hand & Stone Massage. It was my first time there, and Serge was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me before we started, which really helped me feel comfortable. The massage itself was excellent, I enjoyed every minute of it. The place was also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Serge!
I had gone about 5-6 x in December for a full body massage and towards the end I was becoming very sore till the last few days of December i wasnt able to lift my hands up or turn my hands. I had alot of numbness and pain in my shoulder. I was having about 6-8 advils A DAY and still till this day I am in pain. I had gone on a trip and was in sever pain not being able to raise my hands or even lift my self up from laying down , spent thousands of dollar for Chiropractor and medical bills, to fix the nerve damage they had caused. I had tried calling the manager and ive been promised a call back but nothing. Horrible horrible experience and I will never be getting a message.
I have had regular and prenatal massages with Sarah. She is a top notch RMT and always addresses my pain points with adequate pressure while also helping me to relax. Nice scalp massage too. Highly recommend!
From begining to end 10/10. The process to book online was seamless. The front desk administration staff was very friendly. Shima (RMT) was absolutely amazing. Paid close attention to my main areas of pain and applied perfect pressure. Environment was quiet and very relaxing. I will be visiting again very soon.
Very poor experience. First, they requested I change the time of my services, which I accepted. Receptionist booked me in for a specific service I requested but once I was already in the midst of my appointments learned that the aesthetician I was assigned to actually did not provide the service I requested. Management was not understanding of the fact that I was not given the service I desired. They just defended themselves and blamed me for not leaving in the middle of my service being provided when I learned the aesthetician wasn’t qualified for the service. She eventually offered that I come back in for a free redo. At first I declined. I then called back to book the redo and I was given the run around and never given the redo.
I have been going to Hand and Stone for many years for both massage, facial and laser hair removal. Awesome staff and services. Andrey for massage and Simi for facial/ laser hair are amazing and very knowledgeable.
