They allow leashed dogs anywhere in their store and in all of their chains which earns them 5 stars. No worry of seeing a dog in a hot car in their parking lot. So smart! Canadian Tire has come a long way with the items they carry; the usual stuff plus a pretty nice kitchen utensils, whatnot and small kitchen appliances section too. And of course their seasonal section as well with garden furniture, bbqs and the like.
Love that store , BTW that store is a pet friendly!!! Once I left my dogs in the car " well I left all windows open " anyway they found me and welcomed my dogs to the store... I hope we will have many stores as a pet friendly. Our doggie is our family!!!
First of all I think Canadian Tire should teach their auto service staff how to smile. I went to several location, and all of them look like a robot; you think they are talking to your car not talking to you!! second, they should learn how to manage their department , and not having lunch when it's 7:00 PM!!!. Yesterday June 15, 2018 I drop my car around 6:00 PM for simple oil change and tire replacement already on rim. after 1 hour they called me to come and pick up the car because they are closing and they can't do my order!!! the guy told me they are short in staff, and the only mechanic who is working didn't have his lunch yet!! I tooke my car today to a mechanical shop; just 20 minutes!! all done and cheep.
Excellent Auto Service Manager. He actually answered the phone, what a concept! He was very pleasant, not rushed, took his time to price out my required auto service and got me in within 30min. Lots of free parking. Massive store. Great variety on brand name tools and automotive products. Weekly sales are always competitive.
Pretty pleasant experience here. Employees are knowledgeable and respectful and they have everything you need. Customer service desk is quite slow though but nothing to complain about. If you get Jim he's happy to help you out and knows his department well.
