Hello.I used to come to Super Sheena from time to time to get food, but today I experienced very rude and offensive behavior.when I received my food, I was treated very disrespectfully by the lady who was preparing it.Her behavior and body language were inappropriate and unpleasant.This experience was really disappointing and makes me feel that I may not want to come here again.
I had a very disappointing experience at Shina Grocery today. I went in to order food, but the person taking orders responded reluctantly and made it clear they were not interested in serving me. I left the store feeling upset. To make matters worse, someone followed me outside and spoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful way. I chose to walk away rather than engage.
Extremely disappointing experience. I had a very unpleasant experience at Shina Store. There was a woman working there with extremely heavy makeup who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I stood waiting near the bread section for about 5–6 minutes before she finally came out from the back. When I asked her a question, she responded very rudely. Later, when I asked about rice, she just turned her head ,offering no help at all. The attitude, tone, and lack of basic customer service were absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a store. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I will definitely not be going back, and I do not recommend this store to anyone.
Very disappointed – sold me an item 14 months past its expiration date! I recently purchased a product from this supermarket, only to discover it expired over a year ago – 14 months, to be exact. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how well they manage food safety and inventory. Selling expired items is not just careless, it’s dangerous. I won’t be shopping here again unless they take responsibility and improve their quality control.
, I wanted to share a frustrating experience I had at your store. The front desk lady, Mitra, clearly lacks proper customer service training. She doesn’t seem to understand how to handle customer concerns. When I called the supermarket to address an issue, she abruptly cut off the call and told me to speak with the owner instead. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. What’s more concerning is that there appears to be dishonest behavior involved—such as giving customers less meat than paid for or substituting it with something else. This kind of practice feels like stealing and is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper training and accountability moving forward.
