I went to 6 tire dealers in the Aurora/Newmarket area before purchasing from Aurora Tire & Wheel. Jason was welcoming and very helpful. He gave me various options and prices and I did not feel rushed. He explained the differences in the options and clarified any questions I had. He was also able to get my car in quickly even during the busiest time. Because of my experience, I sent a friend to him after my purchase and he was the same with her. I would highly recommend buying tires at Aurora Tire & Wheel.

In response to owner's response: As we can see all negative comments get attention buy other customers with their likes , which is self explanatory. and with your comment you basically admitted you lost my hardware and you did a terrible job. and people understand a lot of good comments are fake, that is obvious from the amount of likes the negative comments get than the positive comments. Hope you learn how to deal with customers before your business goes bankrupt or someone takes you to the court. Original comment: 1) I booked an appointment for tire changeover and once I showed up the owner was so aggressive and rude and telling me I am lucky they accept this job even though I booked an appointment weeks earlier. He is telling me I should thank him!! 2) They did not do a good job on sealing the tires on rims and all tires are losing pressure 3) They lost all my tools and keys for my tires without even apologizing or providing the replacement. Stay away from these guys
My mom referred me and so glad she did, great professional friendly service and I would recommend aurora tire to anyone! All experiences should be this easy!
