I bought a car from this establishment. But what I found was horrendous. The cars they sell here, are not normal cars. They are the like the cars from the movie Cars. But in the movie Cars, the cars are not normal cars, they can talk. They actually talk a lot, in the movie. But they don't talk about cars. They don't seem to be aware that they are cars. Maybe this is an analysis of the human race. And how we don't see ourselves as beings of flesh, but as souls. That's just my thoughts. Tell me what you think in the comments below. Just bought a 2020 Transit T350 EXT from Arthur for a camper van conversion. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Arthur is great to deal with and the van was delivered exactly as we had negotiated (certified and some issues I wanted addressed). I am very happy with Elite and will point friends who may be looking for a van to Arthur and Elite. And if I decide to convert another van some day, I know where to get it.
Can't believe I haven't found this place earlier, in today's society it's hard to find a good and honest dealer. Arthur your the man. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for with a budget, there was no hassle, i needed some adjustments to vehicle I was looking to purchase, Arthur made it happen with no hesitation. Got my van on time and it's been one of my best purchases. This guy is straight up honest and willing to go extra mile to make things happen . We had a wonderful experience purchasing our commercial transit van from Arthur last month. After having a pending purchase with Ford (a whole process that had taken us 4 weeks), we were presented with an astonishing interest rate that we did not feel comfortable accepting. We decided to pivot and look for used Transit vans opposed to new. We found Elite Auto Wholesalers online, and even though we were 2 hours away, Arthur was willing to work with us. Not only did he secure us with financing that was 4.95% less, he was able to do the preapproval in a day and turn out the certified van in a week and a half (and made it available for us on a weekend). It was such a pleasant experience compared to our local ford dealership. I will absolutely be recommending his business to other tradespeople in our area. Thanks again!
I don't recommend their mechanic. He is a rude yokel with no respect at all. Their service is of low quality. I wish I could give them zero stars. However, there are other mechanics in the area who provide excellent service and have great customer reviews. It's worth looking into other options before settling for this particular mechanic.
I purchased a 2019 Truck from them in March 2024. Great price, great quality and most importantly great service. The truck had couple minor issues after a few days which they took care of it with no questions asked. Thank you to Arthur and his team for the great experience. I will certainly buy my next truck from them.
A+ Customer service. I just bought a 2017 Ford T350 cube truck, we had a small mechanical problem arise 2 weeks after the sale but Arthur stepped up to fix it right away. Pricing and service is top notch!
