This company doubled my pets medication and is unable to provide any reasoning as to why. Despicable! You should always ask your veterinarian about the manufacturer of medication and avoid this evil greedy company!!
My vet sent my pets prescription thre. When it was ready, they contacted me for pick up. When you go in, it's just a small counter. You ring the bell, and they come right away to finish the transaction.
Does not offer shipment carrier options making it very difficult to receive orders in a timely manner. Company does not care to offer other options. Find a different pharmacy
I get the medication through my vet who gets it through them here. I pay almost 500 per 5 to 5 and a half months for my cat's medication. The bottle I received last Friday will begin in January and is good as mentioned for almost 6 months. The medication however, expires in 4 months. Did I say I pay almost 500 per month. I called them and they said they could not help me, since I don't deal with them. So, I had the vets office call them. Not only was the prescription only good untill April, but they did not send syringes or the cap to put on the bottle to put the syringe into. They told the vets office that this would be sent to the office in the new year and nothing could be done for the expiry date ending in 4 months when the medication should last almost 6 months. They are pathetic losers feeding off peoples money and not giving a damn about anything else. I will take this to the news and report it. Unbelievable!
The owner of this pharmacy would do well to send their Pharmacy Manager on a basic customer service course. It took 2 days to receive a reply to a simple question. If the answer was provided and that was all then all would be fine. However, this person had to add that if I have any other questions regarding my pet’s medication ( which they compounded) contact my vet. I guess my question about their medication wasn’t worthy of their time. Keep in mind that you are a business that needs customers…no customers, no business…no business, no pay check!
For 2 days No One has answered the phone or called me back. I know it’s not a normal time right now but refusing to answer your phone for days at a time is unacceptable I will take my business elsewhere Housecalls for Housecats
