This place as well as Popeye's Newmarket are absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly kind, patient and answer all of your questions. The $3 shakes are amazing! My favourite flavour is the blue marshmallow!
Great service, helped me find exactly what I needed with the best macros and the best bang for my buck. Chocolate peanut butter shake was incredible as well.
Came in looking for a replacement for creatine, Ben showed me an even better Creatine bottle to the one I was using and helped me look into starter pre workouts!

This location consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s all thanks to the tremendous leadership of Bryson and the outstanding support of team members like Ben and Brayden. These three individuals have not only provided excellent service time and time again but have also taken care of my sons shake addiction LOL. As a frequent visitor, he’s always spoken highly of their kindness, professionalism, and the way they make every experience feel personal and welcoming. There truly aren’t enough stars on Google to reflect the consistent quality and care shown at this store. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to both service and community. Kudos to Bryson, Ben, Brayden, and the entire staff—you set the gold standard.
Came into Popeyes Aurora looking for a good-tasting protein powder but wasn’t sure what to buy. Ben was super helpful—he took the time to walk me through some great options and even gave me a sample to try. It tasted amazing and really helped me make the right choice. Great service and great attitude. If you’re not sure what to get, definitely come in and ask for Ben!
Went in this past Monday to pick up some creatine. The one I wanted was being sold for 29.99 for a 750g tub $10 off from 39.99. At that price, it was pretty good. I went to cash out and was told that there would be a buy one get the second item half off sale starting on Wednesday. So my son went in today to pick up the creatine. He came home and when I looked at the receipt, I saw that he paid 67.48 plus tax. The price of the creatine went up to 44.99 and the second tub was 22.49. If I had bought two tubs on Monday it would have been 59.98. If the creatine had gone back up to the regular price I saw on Monday, the BOGO would have made the price 59.98. So they had a BOGO sale but they jacked up the prices. Not cool.
I have had always a pleasant experience with this store but this time when I entered the store, there was a young guy who ignored me and my questions. He even refused to show me the product that I was looking for and asked to find it by myself instead and he kept playing with his phone. He was so arrogant and rude. There was no one in the store to say he was busy.
This store has everything you need for beginners and pros alike. Mike was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful guys Ive ever come across at a supplemental store. He took the time to listen to my pre and post work out needs and understood the importance of recovery, especially after an injury. This place and Mike come highly recommended.
I have yet to be to this location but every other poppeys I've ever been to has had exceptional customer service and great prices!!

Josh, the manager runs this location with strong product knowledge and a generous spirit. Shopping here is a pleasant, with friendly staff who are well trained and approachable. (even for non-fitness folks like my 70+ year old mom) Supplement and fitness packaged food selection is comprehensive. I recommend dropping by.
