Very disappointed for my first experience. I was never contacted when my order was ready for pick up, despite being told in previous emails that I would receive a call or email before 5pm. By 4:30, I still had no communication, so I phoned myself and was told my order had been “waiting for pick up.” When I explained that I had not received any call or email (other than an unrelated email stating my order was out for delivery), I was instructed to pick up my flowers as soon as possible. When I finally received the arrangement, I was further disappointed by both the quality and presentation of the flowers, which did not reflect the standard I expected. Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
I am extremely pleased with the service. The flowers arrived in Orleans 2 hours after placing my order. My cousin was very happy with the bouquet. Excellent service and product as per usual. We have been dealing with Aurora Greenhouse for over 30 years. You never disappoint. Thank you
