Would highly recommend this flower shop. They went above and beyond for my mother’s 60th birthday. After making a mistake and sending the flowers a week early… they instantly emailed me and apologized for the mistake. They offered to resend the flowers and chocolate the following week. After telling them not to worry about it, and that my mother would understand.., (suggesting maybe to simply send a box of chocolates on the actual date)— they decided to provide a larger bouquet, a basket full of chocolates, and 3 large balloons (on top of the original gift the previous week). As I’m currently living in Australia and couldn’t be there for my mom on her special day, it makes me grateful to have a local flower shop to turn to. I will definitely be calling them for future gifts. The over the top gesture made my mom’s birthday. Thank you very much. I appreciate how they owned up to their mistake, and made the gift 100x better (without having to even contact them about it). Well done. Solid business.
We purchased the most beautiful spring flowers that were lovingly arranged. Also, the most long lasting incredible stunning yellow roses I have ever seen. She carries a nice selection of plants and pots. I would highly recommend this cute addition to St. Andrew's Plaza.
