The sweet corn with stretchy cheese was tasty. Paired will with the creamy rose rice cake and sausage. Kids enjoy both the boneless original fried chicken and cheese corn boneless fried chicken.

To Whom It May Concern, I normally don’t write reviews, but after too many repeated experiences, I feel this needs to be said. The food at The Fry is genuinely great — no argument there. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely terrible. I’ve seen this happen far too often: people walk in to pick up takeout and are completely ignored for 30 to 45 minutes. This isn’t a large restaurant — maybe four or five tables at most — yet customers stand there waiting to even be acknowledged while servers walk right past without saying a word. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. Just blank stares as if you’re invisible. Even worse, there’s no sense of order or priority. I’ve personally watched people place an order, wait over 40 minutes, and still not receive their food — while others who arrived 20 minutes later get their meals within minutes. It’s actually a joke. Just today, I stood at the counter for 20–25 minutes while two people walked in after me, and the server immediately acknowledged them first — completely ignoring me as I stood right there. I went to school for cooking and have worked in the restaurant industry for years, so I understand how busy things can get. But this isn’t about being busy — this is about poor organization, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customers. It’s sad, because word of mouth is everything in this business, and I think The Fry is really dropping the ball. Great food can’t make up for bad service, and at this point, it’s just not worth the frustration. There’s a place called Empire Chef right next door, and I’ve decided to give them my business instead — all thanks to The Fry.

Grace and Seoyeon are amazing! They’re always so friendly and provide excellent service every time I visit The Fry. The food is great, but their positive attitude makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious fried chicken! Havent been to The Fry in a long time but their August BOGO caught my eye and we ordered it. I got the tried and true classic flavours, green onion soy and special sauce (spicy), which was super tasty. I regretted not studying the menu more as they have some cool new flavours like sweet corn that is really popular in Korea now. I forgot to mention I wanted bone-in so I received my order as boneless and surprisingly the pieces were so juicy! They gave a mix of white and dark meat and the meat was absolutely tender. They also supplied cubed pickled radish and 2 cans of pop with my order. Devoured all of it before I could take any pictures.

Food was good but they have a systematic problem. Very unorganized. Sorry for the girl who was serving but they need to prioritize work. The food was amazing, highly recommend it. However, I noticed one of the servers seemed a bit new. A little more training might be beneficial for a smoother dining experience. Everyone deserves support when starting out in a new role. Hoping for even better service next time! #foodie #dinein #goodfood

Got the large size combo that comes with rice cakes on the side with rose sauce. We chose half and half (Supreme flavour and onion flavour). Both were great, crispy, flavourful, and tender. The onion one is unique and I would recommend that 100%. Getting the combo saves you about $3 but this can definitely feed 3 people, maybe 4. Definitely too much for two people even if you’re hungry so keep that in mind. I still have dreams about that onion flavour my goodness

The delivery missed three bottles of soda ($3 each), for a total of more than $10 after tax. Got in touch with the driver who said it was here when he picked it up. The fried chicken is good. The fried chicken is good, but it's still bad.
