I can't say enough about the wonderful experience with Chartwell Parkplace Retirement Centre in Aurora. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is special. The manager, Patti, has been a true gem, always approachable and caring, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the residents are well taken care of. Maureen, the Health and Wellness Manager, has been fantastic in overseeing my mother-in-law’s health and well-being, always offering helpful advice and checking in regularly. Another standout is Maria, another manager who goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel welcomed and comfortable. She's always so kind and attentive, and the residents truly appreciate her. The entire staff at Chartwell Parkplace is incredible – they’re attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s comforting knowing she is in such capable hands. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones!

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Park Place for their outstanding care they give. Their understanding, compassion , expertise and love yes I believe there is love given to the residents is nothing short of outstanding. I have complete faith in having my loved one there and knowing her care is always excellent, prompt and compassionate. The staff go out of their way to treat each resident as an individual and with great respect. I know I can trust them to keep me informed at all times which relieves me of the stress of worrying. I think the residents, staff and caregivers become like a family sharing good times and bad with trust , love and understanding. All the staff are kind, compassionate, energetic and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels welcome and included. My dad loves the bistro and daily activities such as Bingo and morning exercise. Covid-times have been a challenge for everyone, and a big thank you goes out to all of them for their professionalism, patience, and kindness during these very trying times.
The unwavering kindness, caring and expert advice freely given by the Park Place family cannot be overstated. Everyone at Park Place showed nothing but concern for my Mother during her stay with them.
Park Place has long served both my family and clients. My father lived at Park Place after returning from the west. He became a healthier and happier man under the great care of the dedicated staff.
