Kingsway is a very clean, respectable,happy place to be, the staff is amazing and will do what the can to help you get through your day. The staff also works together as a team and are like 1 big family!
Kingsway Place Retirement Residence is a great place. It offers amazing residency for elders. You are always busy if you choose to participate. The staff from every department are very caring, kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Everyone here always enjoy and feel happy!!
What a special community <3 I brought my father in law for the Father's day BBQ and vintage car show. The food was great and they have friendly and kind staff. Lots of activities to keep you busy.
This past Saturday, we brought our family member to visit Kingsway Place. We reached out that very morning, and by the afternoon, we were welcomed with a full tour of the community. From our first call—and several follow-up conversations—Jacqui was the one who guided us through the process. Jacqui was professional, courteous, and kind. Most importantly, she spoke directly with our family member with genuine respect and dignity. The entire experience exceeded our expectations—the facility was spotless, the atmosphere was warm, and the residents appeared happy and engaged. Our family member left feeling excited and eager to call Kingsway Place home. We want to sincerely thank Jacqui for making what felt like a difficult step such a positive and reassuring experience. I been visiting Kingsway on numerous occasions for their unforgettable events. Every Friday they have Happy hour with life entertainment, and the best part is families are always welcome! I have joined my friend for lunches and dinner few times, and I must say food is always top notch! Staff is always friendly and attentive to the residents, everyone been so friendly every time I visited!.
Kingsway is a very warm inviting home for the seniors that live there. All the staff are friendly and attentive to my father’s needs. I highly recommend this home for everyone that wants that sense of home and comfort.
My father has been a resident of Kingsway Place for over 11 years. He has participated in most of the activities over the years; bingo, cards, dancing, exercise classes, outings, and more. There is always a variety of activities and events, thanks to the hard work of the recreation director. Now at 97, he is unable to do as much, but still goes to the various musical activities. He enjoys going to the bistro, which can be very lively at times. My father has always felt very much at home here. The staff are truly warm and caring people, and this is clearly evident as his needs increase with his age. A big thanks to the staff for creating and maintaining such a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for the residents.
