I can't say enough about Green Storage Aurora, we rented a large 10x20 unit for 1 year. Our furniture is in perfect condition - not even a speck of dust or one spider - which is pretty amazing. They also provide carts for you to transport your things which is really handy. The drive in bay way also beneficial for when we were picking things up in the rain. Lastly the service is amazing, Becky (the current manager) is wonderful to deal with. I give them a 5++.

My experiences over a number of years renting a storage unit at the Aurora location have been exceptional. What stands out the most to me is the outstanding customer service I received from Jennifer, the on-site office person; she is knowledgeable, patient, very easy to talk with and has responded to every inquiry I have ever made in a timely manner. The facility is bright, clean and is well taken care of. It is climate-controlled and has monthly pest control. My belongings were safe and secure.I appreciated the large bay where I could pull in my car to load/unload and get out of the heat/cold. Overall, I had a positive experience and I would definitely recommend Green Storage.
We have been with green storage aurora for over 2 years. The staff there is amazing. When I go in to pay my bill every month the manager knows exactly who I am and is always excited to see my son. Wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a storage space as the price is comparable to other places but the service I receive is why I continue to stay there.
Great experience, professional service and clean unit. Becky was terrific getting me the right size unit and the unit was ready when we arrived with items to store. We would rent again if we have storage needs.
