I rented truck here many times. The staff is a little aloof but knowledgable and helpful. The trucks are always clean and I've never had availability problems. Only negative is the parking lot is a little small.
Absolutely disgusting service.They answer the phone say pls hold and leave you on hold for 45min until you hang up. Not can you pls hold this is the worst experience I have ever had. They do nothing but make all situations more stressful!!!!
We only use Uhaul because it's inexpensive this time they way over charged for now on I'd rather spend the extra Buck on a better company won't use you all again
I find dealing with this location to be deceptive, poorer quality, and generally not trustworthy. My perceptions are based on intereactions that have cost me $ only to find that they don't normally charge "for that" (two items refunded) or deceptive statements that the "manager" has made, only later to find out those statements are untrue, and then poorer quality rentals that seem to be not maintained to the level of other UHaul locations. I guess UHaul endorses this behavious, maybe its a money-making location? But, i dont. We wont rent trucks, vans or trailers from this location, and we are currently searching for storage elsewhere.
Really bad customer service. Expect delays and a commute for a truck rental...just a garbage company.
