Highly recommend my acupuncturist, Rosa! She is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to her patients. With her treatment, my neck and shoulder tension has improved significantly, and overall my body feels much better. The traditional Chinese acupuncture here is very professional and effective. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Efficient, Thorough, and Caring - A Rare Find! I am so impressed with this clinic and would gladly give them more than 5 stars if I could. As a walk-in patient, I was expecting a long wait, but the service was incredibly fast and efficient. I was seen by a doctor in no time. What truly stood out was the level of care I received. The doctor was very patient, listened to all my concerns, and performed the necessary examinations without any rush. When I needed blood work and an X-ray, the process was seamless. Most impressively, the doctor personally called me as soon as the results were in to explain everything clearly. I didn't have to wait anxiously or chase them down for updates. This proactive communication means so much to a patient. I highly this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality, prompt, and compassionate medical care. They have set a new standard for what a walk-in clinic should be!

Had to make and appointment for a walk-in but In all very fast in and out, friendly faces, and the doctor was very calm and gave a bunch of Information that Ineeded to follow which helped a great deal with my situation.
I like the electronic appointment system for both the walk in and rehab clinic. A great team with Mahta, Jessica, Hiro and Charles assess my physique and work with me on sports injury prevention. Highly recommend my one-stop clinic for my physical wellbeing.
Inconsistent quality of customer service. I came back from a medical exam and was waiting for a report to be sent to the clinic. I called front desk about whether they could check if the report was sent or not, but one lady said they were unable to check, very unhelpful. The next day, I called again, another receptionist replied that the report was ready. Certain needs of the customer are only able to be met from different front desk workers, and this is very unsatisfying.
Highly recommend physiotherapist Elli and Lisa, very professional and nice! I finished my pelvic floor physiotherapy within 5 classes and made a big progress.
